We’ve made lots of improvements to the viewer this month! The latest release of the Arelle viewer introduces a suite of accessibility and usability improvements, including support for dark mode, tool tips explaining XBRL terms, and screen reader and keyboard navigation enhancements for WCAG compliance.

Translation support was also improved, with updated Spanish and Walsh localizations and a new option to customize the viewer interface with user-defined skins.

Arelle platform updates this month include:
– Validation support for Report Package 1.0
– End-of-life for Python 3.8
– EDGAR 24.4 release candidate builds
