With the release of <strong>Arelle 2.38.17<\/strong> and <strong>iXBRL Viewer 1.4.88<\/strong>, we have delivered major performance optimizations, clearer project guidelines, and updated regulatory previews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is what we accomplished this month:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Performance &amp; Rendering Enhancements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faster Load Times:<\/strong> We have optimized loading speeds, yielding a <strong>15% load time improvement for US-GAAP<\/strong> taxonomies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Table Linkbase:<\/strong> This update addresses and resolves critical <strong>Table Linkbase rendering bug fixes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Validation &amp; Compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EDGAR 26.1 Previews:<\/strong> Early-stage support is now live with <strong>EDGAR 26.1 preview builds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rule Improvements:<\/strong> We have made targeted <strong>DBA validation rule improvements<\/strong> and <strong>KVK validation rule improvements<\/strong> to strengthen our Danish and Dutch reporting support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infrastructure &amp; Policy Updates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Official Versioning Policy:<\/strong> To provide more clarity and transparency around our releases, we have published our official <a href=\"https:\/\/arelle.readthedocs.io\/en\/2.38.17\/versioning.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Versioning Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New Conformance Suite Runner:<\/strong> We have transitioned to a modernized testing setup. You can view the code and progress at our <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Arelle\/arelle-test-engine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new conformance suite runner repository<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arelle iXBRL Viewer (v1.4.88)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Visual Fixes:<\/strong> This release resolves an interface bug, providing a <strong>fix for column layout fact highlight wrapping<\/strong> to keep report presentation clean and readable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To get involved with future work, please join the Arelle team monthly standup on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 1400 UTC.
