This month we released our much improved Arelle documentation! This documentation will be linked from both the Arelle website and from the Arelle GitHub site and will be updated regularly. This has been one of our most requested improvements… please take a look and let us know what you think!

Improvements this month to the Arelle platform include support for the EDGAR 23.2.3 release, CI EFM conformance suite in parallel, GUI support for pip installed Arelle plugins and a new warning on background downloads in offline mode.

Improvements to the Arelle viewer include JS file size reduction from 1.8MB to 839KB (a reduction of over half), setting default features at generation time and adding feature options to the Arelle GUI menu.
